Materials
- 4 cups of boiling water
- 6 teaspoons London Black Tea (or 5 tea bags)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Ice
- 1/2 cup of cream
How is it prepared
- Put the tea in a large bowl and add the water to it. After brewing for 2 minutes, add sugar and infuse for 5 minutes.
- Let it cool down.
- To serve, pour 1/2 cup of tea over ice in 8 glasses and then top each with 1 tablespoon of cream.
