Materials
- 4 glasses of water
- 2 cups lemongrass stems
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Lime to garnish
How is it prepared
- Boil water in a medium saucepan over high heat.
- Add the lemongrass and boil for 5 minutes.
- Turn down the heat and boil the tea for another 5 minutes. Strain the tea. Add sugar and mix until it dissolves.
- Serve warm if desired, or you can chill in the refrigerator and serve with ice on top.
