Mango Cold Matcha Latte


  • ⅓ cup of hot water
  • 1 teaspoon La Diplomatie mango matcha
  • ½ tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ⅔ glass of cold milk

How is it prepared

  1. Pour hot water into the matcha bowl or other wide, shallow bowl and then add the matcha. Whisk until the matcha is completely melted and the top is nice and frothy. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt, if using, then stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. And now it's time to combine. Take your serving glass and add enough ice to fill one-third or half, then pour in the milk and gently top with the mango matcha. Stir a little before sipping! Bon Appetit.
